Registration InformationFor the Fall 2010 registration, you must go to www.eayso.org to register and print your children's registration form. There are NO preprinted forms at registration.The Fall 2010 registration dates have
been announced:

For NEW players, please bring the following:
An
original copy of you child's birth certificate or other proof of child's age.
Emergency
contact information.
Doctor
and medical insurance information.

of payment.
To expedite registration,
please register online by clicking the below icon to go to eAyso.com.
However, you must bring three (3) copies of the online form. If you do not
bring all copies, you will need to fill out the handwritten form.
IMPORTANT: Registering at eAyso.com does not complete registration. You must still bring three (3) copies of the registration form to the registration session. We will not accept eAyso forms without the three (3) copies.

Playing seasons:
Fall season - For all age groups (August to November)
Winter season (December to March) - U8G, U10B/G, U12B/G, U14G
Spring season (March to June) - U6B/G, U8B, U14B, U16B, U16-U19G
Refunds:
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the
circumstances, if the uniform has been ordered, etc. Please contact the registrar
or your Age Group Coordinator (AGC) if you have a refund situation.
